Gezien bij dancinginthemoonlight en andere blogs hier mijn lijstje:

01. Started your own blog: yes, first on web-log.nl and now own domain.

02. Slept under the stars: yep, as a kid we often went bush and the stars in the Southern Hemisphere are superior to the Northern- the Southern Cross still makes my heart miss a beat.

03. Played in a band: no

04. Visited Hawaii: no – but been to Fiji, just as cool or even better! South Pacific is the place to be.

05. Watched a meteor shower: maybe while I was not aware of it…

06. Given more than you can afford to charity: no can’t afford

07. Been to Disneyland: no thankyou

08. Climbed a mountain: yes but maybe it was just a hill

09. Held a praying mantis: I’m not quite sure, I think I have touched one and that was bad enough! Hate those weird stick creatures – they must be related to aliens I’m sure of it.

11. Bungee jumped:  forget it, just never going to do that in a million yeas, but they do say ‘never say never’…

12. Visited Paris: YES & shopped.

13. Watched a lightning storm at sea: most likely yes as there were always great storms in Australia. None of the fake light rain that Holland has that seems to last for days on end.

14. Taught yourself an art from scratch: … art I wish I was better at it, I did learn how to use PSP by myself .

15. Adopted a child: no 2 is seriously enough headache for the moment.

16. Had food poisoning:  not that I remember.

17. Walked to the top of the Statue of Liberty:  no, seen it though.

18. Grown your own vegetables: yes, tomatoes are the easist to grown and we do still have fruit trees and herbs in the garden.

19. Seen the Mona Lisa in France: YES, her eyes do follow you all around the room. I remember when we finally got to the room where she is and was shocked to learn that the painting is actually quite small… Personally I prefer Rembrandt.

20. Slept on an overnight train: yes when we went to Venice – Italy for my birthday, must have been over 15 yrs ago.

21. Had a pillow fight: yes, still like to do that.

22. Hitch hiked: yes, when I was a teenager me and a friend didn´t want to waste money and hitched from The Hague to Arnhem with a guy in a flower van, the guy was bit weird but nothing happened.

23. Taken a sick day when you’re not ill: yes – doesn’t everybody?

24. Built a snow fort: no

25. Held a lamb: seen, touched not held I think.

26. Gone skinny dipping: no.

27. Run a Marathon: are you kidding?

28. Ridden in a gondola in Venice: yes, and it was fab.

29. Seen a total eclipse: no idea, no.

30. Watched a sunrise or sunset: trillion times, seen some really beautiful ones and still enjoy a great sunset.

31. Hit a home run: yep, in school.

32. Been on a cruise: no maybe someday.

33. Seen Niagara Falls in person: no.

34. Visited the birthplace of your ancestors: Holland yes, Scotland no.

35. Seen an Amish community: no.

36. Taught yourself a new language: not really no.

37. Had enough money to be truly satisfied: no not yet.

38. Seen the Leaning Tower of Pisa in person: would love to go back to Italy and roam around the cities, so maybe someday.

39. Gone rock climbing: not  happening.

40. Seen Michelangelo’s David: no another thing to do.

41. Sung karaoke: no.

42. Seen Old Faithful geyser erupt: no.

43. Bought a stranger a meal at a restaurant: no.

44. Visited Africa: yes.

45. Walked on a beach by moonlight: yes, one of the most romantic things to do.

46. Been transported in an ambulance: no, but rode with husband though

47. Had your portrait painted: yes, when I was kid in preschool somebody painted my portrait and it was sold at a fate.

48. Gone deep sea fishing: no.

49. Seen the Sistine Chapel in person: YES – true power.

50. Been to the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris: yes.

51. Gone scuba diving or snorkeling: no.

52. Kissed in the rain: don’t know

53. Played in the mud: oh yeah.

54. Gone to a drive-in theater: yep, saw ET at the drive in Canberra when I was 5.

55. Been in a movie: no.

56. Visited the Great Wall of China: no.

57. Started a business: not yet.

58. Taken a martial arts class: no, but still thinking about it.

59. Visited Russia: no, it is on my to do list.

60. Served at a soup kitchen: no.

61. Sold Girl Scout Cookies: no.

62. Gone whale watching: no.

63. Got flowers for no reason: yes.

64. Donated blood, platelets or plasma: no.

65. Gone sky diving: no.

66. Visited a Nazi Concentration Camp: yes, something that everybody must do. We went to Sachenhausen with School and it was super freaky. Still get chills thinking about it, the gas chambers were really really really spooky and the camp smells.

67. Bounced a check: no.

68. Flown in a helicopter: no.

69. Saved a favorite childhood toy: yes.

70. Visited the Lincoln Memorial: yes.

71. Eaten Caviar: no.

72. Pieced a quilt: no.

73. Stood in Times Square: yes, NY is the place to be, capital of the world.

74. Toured the Everglades: no.

75. Been fired from a job: yes and it still annoys me to this day.

76. Seen the Changing of the Guards in London: no.

77. Broken a bone: had a fractured wrist when I was young.

78. Been on a speeding motorcycle: no.

79. Seen the Grand Canyon in person: no.

80. Published a book: no.

81. Visited the Vatican: yes, great loved it.

82. Bought a brand new car: no.

83. Walked in Jerusalem: no.

84. Had your picture in the newspaper: yes, last year.

85. Read the entire Bible: no.

86. Visited the White House: have stood outside.

87. Killed and prepared an animal for eating: yes but does fishing count?

88. Had chickenpox: yes.

89. Saved someone’s life: no.

90. Sat on a jury: no.

91. Met someone famous: seen alot of famous Dutch politicians this year.

92. Joined a book club: no.

93. Lost a loved one: yes my father.

94. Had a baby: yes x2

95. Seen the Alamo in person: no.

96. Swam in the Great Salt Lake: no.

97. Been involved in a law suit: no.

98. Owned a cell phone: yes.

99. Been stung by a bee: yes several times and it hurts.

100. Read an entire book in one day: no I don’t think so.
